Customer supplies the year, make, model, and the specific unit part number (i.e., DPI, OEM, brand)

PPAP process of establishing process and defining documents begins

Customer confirms and approves process, documents, and unit specifications

Mold/Casting is constructed

Mold/Casting undergoes QA/QC testing

Product prototype is assembled for QA/QC testing

Product prototype is approved after a third-party lab testing confirms that guidelines are met

Personalized packaging and logo designs provided at no additional cost

Production begins
